This 27" x 10" glass window was designed to swing up, but the window can be mounted to swing down or can be mounted vertically to use as a bow-style window for your convenience. Each window comes with two hinges to mount the window to the blind and three catches—one to hold the window up while hunting and two to secure the window to the wall when closed (screws for the hinges and catches not included)..............installation.....1. Take a 1/2" to 1" off of each side and cut your opening 2. Place the window over the opening 3. Screw in hinges and swivels. Ex: A 27" x 10" would need a rough opening of 26" x 9".
