- CRAFTSMANSHIP - This blade is made of Clay Tempered T-10 Steel.This blade was Clay Tempered and has more than 14 process hand sharpening work.All the steps including material selection, forge, quenching, polishing and grinding and final assembly are finished manually.The hardness has reached 60 HRC. The handle and blade are fixed by two bamboo nails, the blade will not fall off the handle in any situation.
- PERFORMANCE - This blade comes with a full length Tang which greatly enhances the strength of the sword. And the surface is very smooth, bright and sharp enough to cut through a thick bamboo tree with a single strike yet, and sharp enough to cut fruit, water bottles, and so on.
- MATERIAL - The blade is made of Clay Tempered T10 Steel Hamon,The saya (Sheath) made of real hard wooden with lacquer work finished.The Tsuka (Handle) core is wooden and it is tightly wrapped over Genuine Ray Skin (Samegawa) with brown ito wrapped.,the Tsuba , Kashira ,fuchi and Seppa of the sword was made of High Quality Japanese brass. The Habaki is made of yellow pure copper.
